One day in the meadow, there was a fairy named Ella. Ella was very sad because she had no friends.
Then one day, there was another fairy named Izzy that was crying on a rock, and Ella heard her weeping. She followed the sound and saw Izzy.
Ella flew to her and said, “Are you okay?”
And Izzy said, “No, I have no friends.”
Then Ella said, “Me either.”
They looked at each other and said at the same time, “Do you want to be my friend?” Then they said, “Yes,” at the same time again.
They’re friends!
Izzy and Ella found books in Mary Poppins’ garden and began reading to each other. They read Little House on the Prairie and the Holy Bible. They’re favorite stories were about apple trees.
One day, a stray cat named Fluffy flew into the garden and bit Ella. So, she had to get shots. Izzy called animal control, and they took the stray cat to the shelter. Animal control tamed the cat, and Izzy and Ella adopted him.
They found more fairy friends: Roderick, Eli, Eve and Lilly.
They lived happily ever after in a mushroom mansion with their cat and friends.
